Christopher William Rohe

Mr. Rohe is the President/Co-Founder of Rogue Industries® and CEO/Co-Founder of GuardianSat™. Mr. Rohe provides an in-depth understanding of commercializing technologies for the business and government arena for multi-billion efforts with specific experience and expertise as a catalyst, thought leader, and innovator for new, novel, and transformative methods to seamlessly accelerate solutions focusing on: NextGen IT, Communications, Sensors, AI, Advanced Manufacturing/Construction, and Novel Testing/Training solutions with both government, DoD, and private industry accolades. As a business leader and certified general contractor Mr. Rohe has completed over 100 large scale government projects and development efforts of impact since 2000 for critical focus and priority programs.

Mr. Rohe’s academic excellence is demonstrated in his honors as a top graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, A Master Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of government as well as earning Graduate Certificates in Business and Government Relations from Georgetown University’s The Fund for American Studies and advanced certificates in AI, IP/Patent Law, and Computational Thinking from UPenn Engineering.

Mr. Rohe retired with over 20 years of services as an active duty and reserve officer in the USAF culminating with a Meritorious Service Medal for his leadership in the Test and Training Enterprise for advanced aircraft, communications, spectrum relocation, sensors, seekers, and platforms. He has achieved DoD certifications in numerous advanced programs and held all the requisite levels of sensitive clearances. As a program executive and acquisition officer overseeing multi-million and multi-billion-dollar next generation system programs, Mr. Rohe focused on the development of transformative technologies, large scale adaptive & resilient construction management programs, and specialized rapid government contracting solutions for some of the most critical systems for our nation.

Prior to his current leadership of ROGUE® and GSAT™ Mr. Rohe was the Senior Business Development Manager for Advanced Programs at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Strategy for Stryke Industries (a novel materials and manufacturing company) and served as a strategic consultant for several industry disruptors – and is a highly sought after (and published) national speaker on government innovation.

In his role with ROGUE® he has recently led over 40 large scale projects for the DoD culminating in – a $500M 5-year IDIQ Multiple Award Contract, $1B 5-year IDIQ Testing and Training Contract, $5B 5-year IDIQ Emerging Technologies Contract, the award of the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) campaign effort for up to 110 facilities globally and down-selection as a major technology/AI company Mentor Protégé company. And in his role with GSAT™ he recently led the capture of a prestigious National Science Foundational (NSF) Small Business Innovation Award along with the Aerospace Corporation – a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) for Space Innovations, acceptance into the Tampa Bay Wave & HarvardAE Accelerator as well as awards for Top 10 Space Tech for 2024 by Aerospace and Defense Review and the Bold Space Frontier award presented by SpaceNews.

In addition to his business interest, Mr. Rohe was elected (served 2 yr term 2015-17) President of the Board of Directors for the 300-company National Advanced Mobility OTA Consortium, sponsored by the Vehicle Robotics Alliance – Managed by the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences, and is the alumni President for his alma-maters w/n Florida; currently serving on many Harvard committees and is a panel member for Senator Rick Scott’s United States Air Force Academy’s selection committee.

Mr. Rohe lives in Amelia Island Florida with his wife Rachel Joy (Baribeau) and is the proud father of 4 children: Brooks (19), Leah (16), Beckham (15) & Leighton (13). Chris lives for God, his country, and his family and he is passionate about innovation for sustainability, responsible development and inspiring our youth to pursue excellence in science, technology, engineering, and math.
