Peerfit just completed its latest funding round, raising $10.3 million, according to a Jan. 5 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Series B round included $8 million in new capital and $2.3 million from an April offering when the company issued convertible notes that now have converted into Series B equity, Buckley said.
